Title: Important: Membership dues are now due!

Dear CdB members,
 
The 2009 season is upon us. We had a very successful Newcomer Day last weekend. We now ask that all unpaid members (if you didn't pay at the 2008 November AGM) get their membership dues in as soon as practical. Club activities, such as Newcomers' Day, Beast Feast in August, the year-end AGM, as well as the CdB home page and the forum depend on membership fees to help make them happen. Go to the Membership section on the home page and download the pdf attachment, fill it out and please mail it to the address indicated on the form, with your $15 cheque. Please send in your form as soon as possible. Please note that members who have not sent in their membership dues will not have access to the CdB forum after July 10th.

Where do we send it - the form still has Sandra's mailing address - perhaps we should update it?

Hi Wendy,

I just downloaded the form from the Membership section and it has Chris Faraday's address listed.
Maybe you've got an older form somehow.

Hi folks,

I've been receiving the forms and did a deposit today - cheques will be cashed soon......I've updated the members list (paid for 2009) and I'm about change the members who have yet to pay to non/members......so if you have not paid...please send your cheques soon (you can e-mail me to let me know they are on their way....).

Is there also a spreadsheet to confirm you got our money?

I still have the spreadsheet from 2008 if you need it.

Any chance we can just pay up at Beast Feast? I would even volunteer to carry around forms and collect from any other late payers...

I also had 2 forms sent to me - Dave somebody?? and Larry Grand. Chris, next time I see you, I will pass these on to you.
