I don't want to rain on my own parade... but I went to Sewer Wave today and there's ice on the riverbed which has eliminated the wave, it's gone...  plus some ice dams downstream  ::) . I then went to Champlain and though the second wave is surfable, there is a lot of ice in the eddy... :P. Plus the weather has been revised for Saturday at -5 Celsius :'(. Based on these observations and the predicted temperature, I think I'm out..., unless there is a major change in conditions.

 thanks for the update , went snowshoeing instead  .  there's to much dust on my boat anyways. ;D
