Hi Kelly,
10:30 at the River Run Gate sounds like a plan, Paul mentioned he was interested as well.

Count me in, my dad will probably be coming as-well.

Whitewater withdrawal... Argh... I'd be in too! Maybe Sara can't go however, since she has frisbee playoff. I would have to bum a ride then from a nice soul... I pay gas/food/coffee/whatever of course.
Is anyone going to Bate Island/Whispers tonight?

Paul
PS Thunderstorm right now, not sure anyone will be at Champlain...

Yeah...Dave is right-some confusion there. I'm planning a daring escape from the cubicle; will run some errands and likely head up to the river to rock Pushbutton. I will likely stay over there and would like to join the party on Sat at River Run. Is it still 10:30??

Okay, sorry the mixup, it was me. I assumed it was a Eagleston meeting like usual. Soooo.. Christian, I'll pick you up at 9am so we can make it at RR for 10:30am.

Hey Paul, perhaps you can come pick me up at 8:30, to give us some slack? Then we could go to Eagleson Park'n'ride... --C.

I got tangled up with Tibor (who was following me very, very closely...) on Coliseum Rapid, got surfed in a hole, spun, almost recovered, got flipped, rolled back up (Tibor rolled up too). Priceless!
Tibor's son Tomas, decided he would go and check out that little pourover hole in Coliseum rapids, that everyone else were trying very, very, very, very hard to avoid, with predictable resluts...LOL
James slid into Farmers Blacks, right side hole by accident with also very predictable results..LOL
Kelly had a rare no injury swim at Butchers Knife, Phew!
At the end we followed up with delicious food at the former Broken Paddle, now renamed Country Kitchen. Wow, the menu has improved!
Bill, Christian, Robert, Larry (sporting a brand new PFD), his son Justin (sporting a brand new helmet) and Canoe John (who styled most rapids, almost...) were there too and had lots of fun!
Great day on the river!
Paul :D

Thanks Paul, (for your enthusiasm, and helping hand at Coliseum). And of course, as always, to Bill S. For a great day on this, or any river. Amazing World Class River, great company, Bald Eagles, Osprey, get together and food. Need I say more? I'm already thinking, and looking forward to Gat.Fest next weekend! J.L.

Thanks to James for towing my boat, full of water to the gunwhales, from the butcher's block to river left just below the whirlpools. I owe you a beer. And thx to Robert for towing me.

I won't say no to beer but everyone has to get towed from time to time.
