Richard and I went to check out if the levels had dropped in Quyon as it seemed very high, a little gnarly and way to cold to swim when we checked it ou 3 weeks ago. The levels didnt relaly drop, the weather didnt get warmer and no one swam.. but almost. Skirt implosions suck. As per the rock paper scissors rule, I went first. Didnt place my boofstroke properly and went right in the meat. Skirt imploded, boat filled up but I managed to paddle to shore on time. Richard was already there ready for any mishap with a throwbag as the river is frozen further down and along shores. Fun day!
