Yeah.. I suck.
Went out to sewer wave with Gerard (the paddler who recently bought a surf) and on my second surf I caught an edge and banged my head below the wave pretty hard... then again on the other rock behind...and again.....and then my knee got out of the brace and tried rolling and failed miserably. Pulled the skirt and swam to shore. Luckily Gerard was already swimming to come grab me!... Had my top, semi drypants and my wetsuit under.. it was cold but not that much..again i didnt swim for long.. So anyways.. Ill be doing my bootie beer tomorrow with Adam and the boys I guess.. Were going to Hole Brothers on the black in NY. Fun day! ;D

Jean-Nicholas, Dude, I was like you when I started :D, could not get enough of it and wouldn't let a little thing like "winter" get in the way... :o
At least give yourself January and February as a rest ::), make the pleasure last way longer and you don't get burned out... :'(
That's why I've got indoor rock climbing ;D and Larry Wong has competitive knitting... ;)
Cheers,
Paul ;D

nice photos , just be careful , once you swim , the iceshelfs downstream aproach a lot quicker , always best to have a walk down and scope whats around the corner . see you out there soon ,
