Hi folks,
With all the rain we've been getting in the past day or so, river levels are changing very quickly.
This making picking a river two days in advance pretty tough since no one can really sure if
the flow/level will make for a good trip.
We'll decide Thursday evening for Friday paddling and Friday evening for Saturday paddling etc.
A couple of people have said they'd like to paddle on Friday, Saturday and possibly Monday as well.
The options being looked at are the Achigan, Simon and Aux Mulets in the Lower Laurentians
and potentially the St. Regis in New York State.
If you're interested in going, give me a call on Thursday after 6:00pm at (613) 224-8507 for info
and to sort out rides, meeting points etc.

Can't wait for the Monday paddle...hoping for the St. Regis as it was amazing last time. I'll either call you Sunday or most likely get the scoop from Wendy.
Thanks for organizing ;D

Based on how the gauge is moving, we're expecting a medium level on Saturday.
It's is about a 3 hour drive so please be on time. Here is the Google Maps link to the put-in:

Saturday works for me - but given the price of gas would prefer not to drive my F150 for 6 hours.
Anyone want to car pool?

Have fun tomorrow. I tweaked by back and am out until at least Monday.

Mike and I are in for the Fish. See you at the meeting place.

The fish is more likely to be a 4 hour drive than 3 so don't plan on dinner in Ottawa!

Are people bringing their playboat?
