Title: Mississippi (Playfairville section) Easter Monday
Post by: jennifer leichnitz on April 21, 2011, 09:05:12 PM
The Playfairville section of the Mississippi is class II and III rapids. The run is about 4-5 miles long.

The plan is to meet at the take out at 11:30 and have a leisurely paddle, stopping for lunch en route.
The trip is weather dependent. Although the forecast for Monday is good now, who knows what it will be in a few days.
Please check for a cancellation notice before departing.

Happy Easter. Watch out for giant bunnies on the rivers.

due to circumstances beyond my control, i.e. my tandem partner cancelled, the trip is off.  Believe me, I would like to be going... 18 and sunny.
