Title: going early Friday or paddling this week?

As per subject heading, is anyone going up early on Friday or paddling during the week? I have to come back Saturday after paddling.

Robert M. and I were thinking of paddling on Friday.

Okay but I said I would drive up with Dani to mini beast feast on Friday so I'm not sure I can get away early enough. I didn't think anyone was going early but let me know.

Thinking of playing hooky and paddling on Friday but don't have much time to get ready. Any idea when you're going to head down the river?

How about running the river Friday - meet at RR 11:00AM.  I may camp overnight Friday and do a Park & Play Saturday but I need to get back to Ottawa Saturday afternoon.

I would be intrested in much later start (1:00 or so) and a repeat of the last week's McKoy to Lorne minirun with bias towards lazy park&play. My main goal is escape from the heat and 11:00 A.M. start will deposit me back either on highway or a campground during the worst of it. We could even meet on Pushbutton to accomodate must-start-early crowd. The level today still holds at 1.5.

HAVE TOMORROW OFF ?YAY?
PREFER RIVER RUNNING TO PARK & PLAY but good with both
WOULD LIKE TO RUN RIVER FRIDAY AND CAMP
WOULD LIKE TO RUN RIVER SATURDAY AND GO HOME NOT TOO LATE

CAN ONLY GET ON CDB SITE FROM WORK?COMPUTER DOWN?FORGOT PASSWORD? will check before I leave work today

Thanks Julia -

Here's what I propose then, hopefully Robert will join us tomorrow -

Meet at RR noon tomorrow.  Set up tents first, then have a leisurely full river
descent with lots of play along the way.  Since we are camping at RR, might as well paddle to it, right?  :)

Julia - if you want to get back to Ottawa around 5PM Saturday (off the river by 3)
we can car pool from Eagleson OC Transpo tomorrow at 10:30

Perfect. I guess we can't leave a car at March Rd Park 'n Ride overnight, eh? We may have to do some funny car juggling at the river...
Will you be able to meet us as we head down the river, Robert?

River Run gate at noon is fine with me. I will also camp.
