Just saw the five day weather forecast and next Saturday looks like it will be very nice and sunny, so Martin ( my nephew ) and I plan on doing the Main channel. Meet at the put-in for 10 am.

I could never understand the logic of meeting at the Owl Put-in for a down river trip
- unless you like driving around in the morning between the put-in and the take out
- there are not enough vehicles as indicated in scenario #2 in the link provided on how to do a shuttle..

Which take-out location are you proposing to use?

Sure Larry, take out is fine if you are coming.
Who says we are logical, personally I prefer to dump off all of the stuff first at the put-in first.

Ok lets say Owl/WT takeout at 10 am or for the late folks put-in at 10:15 am.
Does that sound reasonable for everyone ?

Sounds good. A bunch of us will meet you there. We also will meet at 8:15 at the Eagleson Park'n'Ride.

Paul, what boat are you taking? The blunt? If youd like to take a playboat, You can take your old SS and Id like to rent / try a Project X actually :p if Pshack has one.

you can get some great soul surfs with that thing! :)
Ill have both my Superstar and Super Hero if anyone wants to try it! Ive only ran the rouge with it and water was low... I wanna see how it handles in Bigger water / Sidesurfs in horseshoe! Horizon X are doing double trips on Saturday and sunday so I might run the main twice in one day on both days!.

Hey guys!
So the Uni Girls decided to cancel @ Horizon Rafting cause its too cold for them out! So I am in! Id love to be back in town for around 3pm though if possible! I am leaving from Aylmer and will have room for 1 person and their boat/gear if needed and we can split on the gas...If you are from hull/aylmer or want to meet at Champlain.. We can do that.. I find it WAY quicker from the QC side!

As much as i want to go, my schedule is going to be too tight! I have to be at a dinner for 4pm and i absolutely hate rushing! Im also going to the main tomorrow with a friend and spending that much gas by myself is not too appealing! Have a blast guys! John

ya never know. Might have started with just a few people, but I think we were about 17ish on the Main today. Awesome weather. BabyFace, Pushbutton and Garb all in nice shape. No better place to be on a day like today.
