Title: Weekend Paddling. Non Kipawa Paddlers.

For those who cant make it to the Kipawa this weekend.

I was thinking of heading to the Rouge Seuil Elizabeth sometime this weekend. I dont believe I am working or have any jobs going on this weekend. Sunday would be my preference. Level is currently 46 cms so super friendly for someone with a roll! Well take our time, stop and scout the bigger ones if need it be. and take a look at the 7 Sisters waterfalls as well.

Any interest?

Well I was supposed to be doing a long weekend at the gull, but levels kind of suck, so the guys I was going with might be coming up here instead.

I would love to get out to the rouge again, and I know they have been wanting to do it.

I will ask them and see whats up.

Either way, if we don't go to the gull we'll be spending the weekend up at river run, probably friday - monday.

Jean,

Looks like the gull is dry and we will be around the ottawa this weekend. Although on Sunday billy is organising a work party to help build a trail down to the lorne put in. I think this is important, as I used to use that put in a lot before they closed it.

That said, My friend has wanted to run the Rouge for a long time.

If you are going please call me or message me on my phone. 613-899-9641. We will try and set something up.

On the flipside we will be up on the ottawa probably till monday... so if you want someone to paddle with let me know.

I will probably be on the Rouge on Sunday and Monday.

Well turns out were running the main tomorrow with newbs! As for Sunday, we have a buddy that is paddling from Thunder Bay to Nova Scotia and we have to pick him up in Petrie Island sometime Sunday so he can get a nights rest at my buddys house.. So no Rouge for me! :(
