Title: Petawawa river level

Wow...

The level of the Petawawa river is below 5 m3/s. Last year I ran it at over 200 m3/s and it was fun. The photo below comes from

and shows a rapid (Rollway Rapids) below lake Travers. This is somewhere downstream of the take-out of the upper section. Since it is downstream, it can not have lower flow: the upper section must be really really bony...

You can literally walk across in many places, its really sad!
Speaking of flow, do you have any idea what the Malbaie, near QC is doing? Was hoping to get some guys out there to do it the weekend of the 18th.

9 cms right now on the Malbaie! Wish I could join but I have family reunion thing going on and saving my money for the Raquette Race and Beaver Releases on Labour Day weekend!

PS: Im not running or racing the Raquette for that matter. haha Just helping Mike film.

Still kicking myself for not running Eagle section last time, doing all 3 sections this year!
