Title: Is Quyon running?
Post by: Martink on September 09, 2012, 08:47:42 PM
Anyone know if the waterfall at Quyon is running?

I drove over it the other day, and it looked like not alot of water coming down. That being said, I've never paddled it, so I don't know how much water you need, but if I had to guess, I'd say no
But like I said, just a guess

You don't need much water, as the part we huck is only 4 feet wide... With recent rain, it's probably fine!

Gee, Martin,

You might want to ask your "personal kayaking chauffeur" if Wednesday is OK.

Yes Wednesday afternoon is OK for Quyon falls this week.

Leave Ottawa after school/work or whatever around 3 pm.

Who else wants to join us ?

We are going to pick up Jean-Nicolas at about 3:30-3:45, so maybe we can meet you guys at quyon for about 4:30-5:00, is that ok or any other suggestions?

Hi all,
Quyon is running, I am going with Marie-?ve tomorrow (Wednesday, October 3rd) for a quick boof practice session.  We meet at my place at 17h00 and head there directly.  We should be in the water by 18h00, which leaves enough time for a dozen jumps.

Cindy.

Hey Cindy me and Sonya (my neighbor) are going to head out at about 3, but we have to stop in at paddle shack. So I guess we will just meet you at Quyon.  We should be there around 5:30 or maybe earlier.
