les playspot sont t'il toujours achanland? a ce temps ci de la saison sur l'ottawa river?

Actually Martin had this paddling magazine with an article titled "10 ways to be a great paddler & get a sponsor" or something like that.
I think item #5 was, Get rid of the wife or girlfriend as they are "paddling killers".
Get him to bring the magazine, it is hilarious.

I will post the times etc. later on in the week.

I swam off of garb on saturday.

It was my first swim in probably 15+ years.

I got cocky and it spanked me REALLY good.

Pardon moi, je ne parle pas francais bien.

John, don't whip yourself. We all swim. In fact, it might be problematic if it never happens. Heck, of all places, I swam at Seuil du Corbeau at the Gatineau Festival--the river was really low too!

Adam, it's better to post your videos on YouTube then link to them, or--even better--on Vimeo. We just don't have enough server space. Already twice did Dave increase the attachment folder size...

J'ai trop h?te de me faire brasser dans Garb en fin de semaine. J'ai besoin de prendre de la vitesse un peu et de pratiquer mais Blunt sur *on fast wave*, question de me remont?e les id?es avant les durs semaines d'entrainement que me r?serve l'Arm?e.

L'Ottawa River c'est ma rivi?re favorite ? playboat ? chaque fois que j'i vais j'ai toujours du plaisir
