Sooo.. Rivers are flowing pretty full... Rouge is at 66 cms and going up fast,... Might get to 80+ cms by tomorrow night..Quite the different river at these levels.... The Blanche in Thurso might also be in if you fancy Class IV. Anyone heading for a post work lap somewhere aises from Champlain or the Ottawa?
