Hi folks,
It's that time of the year. The Club will have it's Fall Party and Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, November 10, 2012, starting at 6:00pm.
As usual, it will be a potluck dinner so bring your favourite(s) to show off and share with others. Plates and cutlery etc. will be provided.
Julia Hardwick has once again generously offered to host the party at her home. The address is 535 Highland Ave.
Here is a Google map link: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=535+Highland+Ave.,+K2A+2J8&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=29.634084,59.238281&ie=UTF8&ll=45.38632,-75.758135&spn=0.006405,0.014462&z=16&iwloc=addr&om=1
If you've got some videos you'd like to share, we'll have a laptop/tv combo set up to view them on.
Please bring your cheque book (cash works too) to renew your membership and reserve spaces for pool sessions.
Last but not least, we will be choosing a new executive so feel free to nominate likely deserving candidate/s.
See you there!

Would love to come, but distance and commitments make it impossible. Thanks for all the wonderful work you do Bill, and the rest of the executive. Hope to see you all next summer. Enjoy.
-
Hi!
I plan to attend. I plan to come with some dessert. I hope this is fine. If not, let me know.

Are there anyother kids (tweens 12-13 yrs) coming? Just wondering if I should bring my boys.
Bruce.

I am going but I am in the 15 year old category!
-
I'm in the twenty something category!
Paul ;)
-
I might come too (and i'm in teh 15-16 years old group ;) or... 20's?)
does anyone wants to paddle on Sunday?
on a warm 11C day?
-
Maybe me!
-
Hey I am in the 60 year old category, anybody else want to join me, (Denzel where are you ?)
Also I picked up a copy of "Deliverance" from the library, which I will bring with me. Time for some of the younger folks (movie was made in 1973) to find out about that friggin banjo playing on the Chattooga river.
-
I swear, I ran the chattooga and never heard banjo...
-
Good Day club Members!
I might join you tomorrow night but it depends on how tomorrow is going.
Annie

Hi All:
I haven't been in my Big EZ or Fluid Nemesis since Beast Feast, still have to fit them better. Thanks to Bill's early posting of AGM party at Judy's I've had tomorrow in my Calendar for a month. So will see you, with a healthy fruit plate. It's easier to cut a cheque than a pineapple or melon.

I just wanted to thank Julia and Paul for hosting the best AGM Soir?e to date. The amount of work that goes into organizing and cleaning up after this event should never go unnoticed. Thank you all who attended and shared wonderful food, videos and compagny. Congratulations also to the new Exec. See you all on the river.... C'm on it's only November.... ::)

Moi aussi, Merci Beaucoup! to Julia & Paul for their home-hosting & constant clean-upping. And to the culinary delights like the salmon & cheese rolls by Jacques, pulled pork from Liz & Don, Larry's pot of "good stuff" all gone by the time I got to it, others said I missed out. Plus desserts & many other tasties. Denzil

I would like to throw my thanks in as well!
