(that's at the Mill River Dam on the Clackamas River in Oregon - I believe)

Nice run but those boys aren't the first to try this type of run.

This sort of thing was done at the Llyn Brianne Dam Slipway in Wales a few years ago and the run out at the bottom is much more interesting...
