Title: Good news re: Petawawa River

Looks like DND has terminated the lease agreement with Xeneca Power.
Without the lease, Xeneca doesn't have permission to cross DND land to access the Ontario Hydro grid to meet the Feed-In Tarrif  (FIT) requirements.
