Title: Paddling this weekend - HWY 7 rivers?

I am looking to paddle.  Is anyone heading out along HWY 7 this Saturday or Sunday.

If the club is not doing a trip to somewhere else I will most likely be heading down to the beaver one of those days.

If we are going to the laurentians, I will be doing that.

I'm interested if my shoulder heals up by then from the upside down run I did on the beaver last Sunday.
