I've been taking some slalom training at Valleyfield. They offer an amazing adult training program for very cheap.
10 sessions: 275$
6 sessions: 175$
1 session: 45$
They also offer beginner kayaking for cheap.

The courses are offered in French but do give instructions in English when needed.
