Title: We need a location for the Newcomers BBQ

Hey everyone.

We are currently looking for a volunteer to host the Newcomers day BBQ. We really need to find a place by then end of this week, so that we can organise who is bringing what.

If you are interested, feel free to reply to this thread, or email me, or any other member of the executive directly.

The reasons behind holding the BBQ back in town are:

- allows people who couldn't make it out for the day, join the evening BBQ
- also permits members to bring spouses or significant others (if they so desire) to the evening BBQ to meet the folks that save them when need be.
- camping at River Run would be similar to the weekend event in July ...
- it is also advertised as such on the event website
