I am creating this thread for people to make plans etc for the upcoming weekend!
I will most likely be going up friday night after work and staying until sunday. Join me!
-
I hope to join, but I'm only available for Saturday paddling... family commitments on Sunday.
Does anyone have room for one more (from near the 417 and Parkdale), going up Saturday morning (or Friday evening/late-afternoon) and returning end-of-day Saturday?
Gas money and driving ability on offer! :)

The weekend weather is looking alright, with this heat wave dissipating, but some light rain possible (esp. Saturday morning).
I'm still looking for a ride for Saturday paddling, if anyone has room! :) :) :)

Hi John & all,
Do you have a time set for Sunday departure from River Run?
Ryan can only paddle 1 day due to his course and we would prefer to do so on Sunday as I am guessing there will be fewer rafts out.
Thanks,
Bruce.

I'll be heading up and bringing my younger bother. (I'm the big bother). See you at River Run for 11:00.
It'll definitely be a middle trip for us. If someone could bring a paddle Bryan would probably appreciate it. Otherwise he has my old Schlegel,

We had a wonderfully relaxing day on the Middle channel Saturday. McKoy's was insteresting as usual, claiming two swims. Alan seemed to drop in Left Side Horseshoe on purpose, and fought bravely for what seemed a loong time... Michel had a much better time once his rental POS was exchanged for an old school Crossfire, slicing through Butterfly like it was soft butter. S-Bend was friendly as usual.
Even at this low level, Lower No-Name presented a challenge if the centre line was chosen. Jon and I had to zig-zag our way down, on such manoeuvre for me was to avoid Daniel happily surfing a big curler halfway down in his big Villain. A fellow Dave from Upstate NY had joined us for the weekend, his helmet discovered a big rock in the rapid, we saw his uprurned boat hiccup up as it decended...
