Francois, Marc and I are going to the Moose fest

plan to leave Ottawa Friday and paddle  Saturday
we will be at :

Which section are you guys paddling?

Luc and I will be up there the whole weekend, going to run the bottom.

We are at the old forge motel.

Seamus and a bunch from Peterborough area (Kawartha Whitewater Paddlers) will be at Old Forge Motel.

We plan on running Bottom Moose.

Luc, Jon, et al,

Welcome to join us on Bottom Moose. We will be a big group, so likely split into 2 groups.

We are in rooms 12, 13, 14.

Level is 2.7 right now. Not too pushy.

No rain or snow in forecast :)

Daniel, we actually saw you guys on the river when driving to the put-in for the bottom.

Too bad we didn't get to connect!

Tempting... I would have to camp somewhere so would need to drive. I know where to camp for free around Old Forge, BTW.

All three of us hadn't paddled in a while. We didn't feel in top shape to tackle some grade 4-5. Next year maybe! We still had a lot of fun on the Lower. Felt like creeking!
