Hi folks,

This Monday, a group of us are planning to run the St. Regis, Middle Branch, New York, US.
It's a continuous class III river with almost no flatwater.

The level is perfect at 4,63 ft
The usual caveats about spring paddling and cold water gear apply.

Don't forget your passport and US money...

Plans are to meet at the Fallowfield Park and Ride  at 8:15 AM and leave from there at 8:30 AM

I'm in. I will be looking to car pool with someone from Fallowfield as my car has as exhaust issue, and the customs folks might figure things are already loud enough down there.

Cool! I'll be at the Park'n'Ride. I had a hunch earlier this week, and renewed my travel medical insurance I usually get via CAA. About 40$ for multiple 4 day trips, for a year. --C.

Well, what a great day. 16 km of Class III continuous rapids. No mishap, good food at the end. Now I need to find out how exactly my boat takes in so much water...

The Great Swim would have taken place in 2011, that's when I had rented the Jackson Villain I would eventually buy. It's that long ago!
