Hi folks,
A groups of us are planning to do the Gatineau this Saturday.
The level from the Maniwaki gauge (161.91) converts to 2.0 ft on the BR gauge.
Bring a longer boat if you want to surf the Bonnet Rouge wave train.
Meet time at the take out, Bonnet Rouge, is 10:30 AM.
Google Maps/GPS Co-ordinates are: 46.281674,-75.938716
Please feel free to use this thread to arrange rides etc.

I will be camping at Des Cèdres so there is a chance that I see you guys on the river on Saturday. Don't wait for me at Bonnet Rouge however, I am not certain at what time Marc and I will be there. See you on the river...maybe. :)

What a great day on the river! It was sweltering hot and wonderful at the same time.
I don’t know how many of us swam and where but there was a number of us finding holes or places in which to flip, stay stuck in and swim out of…
Marc is a copycat because he got stuck in the exact same place that I got stuck in.
I’d like to thank both Chantal for finding my paddle and Dan, the canoeist for bringing it to me, and then having to swim out himself (Sorry Dan!)
Both Dan and Mike are awesome paddlers!
Thanks everyone who showed up it was fantastic!
Thanks Natalie for sharing your chicken fries:-)
I can never unsee Jimmy strutting down the Bonnet Rouge field in his skimpy accoutrement, sashaying his caboose…
I can’t wait to get on the river next.
Paul :-)
