Wonderful opportunity to hang out, paddle, eat, drink, dance and at the same time raise awareness for mental health issues. There will be a great raffle and life music. I really enjoyed it last year - please consider joining us!

BACKGROUND:
Paddle for Benny is in honour of Leah Kindree’s son Ben, who sadly died by suicide in October 2020 after living with mental illness for more than 20 years. The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of the pressing need for mental health support, and to raise funds to help the many individuals, who like Ben, need our support.
