Title: Sadly, another paddler gone

I’m sorry to inform everyone that John Ravencroft (aka Raven), another of our paddling buddies that mainly did sea kayakibg, passed away this last Saturday. I found out from the sea kayakig community. I am sure that some of our older members would have known him!

The funeral will be at 10 am, this Thursday, at the Hulse, Playfair and McGarry- Central Chapel, 315 McLeod St, Ottawa, (613) 233-1143. There will be a short service with a small reception afterwards.
