Starting a thread for the Mississippi on Monday to see if there is any interest.

Here are the directions and GPS coordinates:
(See FB if I cannot attach maps).

Directions:
Take Hwy 7 west towards Carlton place, and continue about 10 more km to Hwy 15.
Turn right and follow Hwy 15 or 12 to Lanark and continue through town staying on HWY12.
Continue on Hwy 12 west for about 6.2 Km to Playfairville (do not cross the bridge.
This is the Takeout.
44.971194, -76.407722  (44°58'16.3"N 76°24'27.8"W)
The Putin is at Sheridan rapids bridge (use Iron mine road).
44.974638, -76.451202 (44°58'28.7"N 76°27'04.3"W)

Nice day to be out. Looks like I'll be carpooling with Stephen and then join Jon too. So look for a fancy new pickup truck (Jon's). He likes to truck a lot.
