I hear that.  So, plan is to meet Graham from Pembroke at WT take-out at 10:00, for a cold run.

John, you can update us this evening as to what level the Ottawa was at today, and this could influence our decision about the Gat.

I haven't heard back from Richard, so I'm not sure he's in, but I know a guy from Pembroke who'd be in too.

This interactive map provides a pretty decent overview:

http://www.gatineau.org/rivieres

I have run it before in the spring at VERY high water, and there are portage trails for every rapid, which would make them all scoutable.

Anyone up for a Sunday run of the Gat?  Preferably someone who knows the river better than I.

Richard,
If the level is still fun next weekend, I could be talked into a Gatineau run.  Keep me posted.

The Ottawa has drop and the only good wave is push button. The Gatineau was at 7 and the wave at bonnet rouge was awsome last sunday and the wave at lucifer was one hell of a ride. I'm thinking of going back a day this week-end if the level is still at 7. Anyone interested
