I'M pretty sure it's more fun on Bonnet Rouge  than baby face it needs to paddling a lot to get and too people

where do you check the level water online?
Bastien,You can check water level on:
http://www.bonnetrougerafting.com/ the campground that provides access to the wave. The campground itself  is very beautifull and you won't see many people there (untill they built  a golfcorse).
As for the waves (I have seen up to three in a sequence), these are very nice at lower levels indeed (around 5 or so), but your chances of easy access are better on Ottawa. At current levels,
the stretch of the river between Baby Face, Garb and Push Button is one of the best in the world bare none. Should the weather be as predicted, I expect to spend weekend there.

The bonnet rouge wave is almost like baby face on the Ottawa but faster with a lot more bounce. It comes in between 6 and 8.

Went there two weeks ago, the level was at 8. The bonnet rouge wave was awsome. They need more paddlers going up there. I guess the post that I started in november 2010 to get as much paddlers and clubs to write letters to the CPTAQ on telling them that we were not happy with their decision on closing the site did have a positif end to it. Thank' s to all that got implicated and it just shows by getting a lot of people together sometimes it those work.

In case you guys and gals didn't know...
