The first cut of the beast will be at 6:15 PM on the Saturday.
That provides plenty of time to surf the wave at Bonnet Rouge or at least try. The present gauge reading of 3.5 is considered very low.
Just to try something different, the hunk of meat was "fat capped" with bacon. As the saying goes, everything is better with bacon.
There will be also be Farm Boy sausages of various flavours grilled to "perfection".
