I guess you already said part of the answer... "If the appropriate safety is set up". I suspect people don't want to practice there if you need to be pulled out with a rope (or a roped swimmer) everytime you miss your boof... and people probably don't like to take shifts doing safety for multiple runs either. it's hard to judge from a picture, but it looks really sticky and there is probably a good empty space between the water and the rock wall behind. I don't think I would like to try it several times in a row.... I've seen it at lower levels (70-90?) and it looked better, but still not a "friendly drop".
there might be other issues too? having to walk there from the 7 soeurs section parking...
