Good Day ladies and gents.

Etienne Green and I took a little trip down the Petite Nation with straps, gas and chainsaw to remove the wood out of the Canyon. We chopped off some of the wood that was already on the rock and they'll flush out when water goes up..as for the tree, it was a bit more work... 5 foot of the log is resting on the river left bank and isn't a hazard at all... the rest of the log flushed downstream and got jammed 3/4 down.. we unjammed it and it got lodged at the bottom of the canyon on the right hand side but it isn't a hazard and will flush out in the pool as soon as it rains a little. Pictures to come. So both the left and right of the rock is now wood free!

Level was 13 and we paddled down to my dads land about 1.5km before the take out.. there still some fun to be had and eddies to catch. Similar to the pumphouse in the canyon and portes de lenfer. Wouldn't go any lower than that though hahaha. Fun to paddle with a chainsaw as an overthruster!  :o
