Re: gatineau fest: surfing at Bonnet Rouge
« Reply #10 on: August 26, 2011, 07:34:51 AM »
The water level is perfect for real fun surfing at Bonnet Rouge. I always wanted to spend a whole day surfing there. So now is the time to do this. I will bring two of my three kayaks (FUN and RPM), just in case the water level changes on me. I have to come back before 8PM.

Last summer Bonnet Rouge gave the advantage to surfers with slightly longer boats. So I missed being able to easily surf at Bonnet Rouge. I want to take full advantage this year.

Bill I could give you a ride (not sure if you already have one). But I must be back before 8PM.

For those of you running it on Saturday - do you plan on meeting at the school at a certain time? or having a specific start time. I think that I will head up Friday night and then run it Saturday.

I am going with Daniel Dubuc, Fran?ois-Xavier (his son) and Andr? Jauvin.
We will be tenting at the Mnaniwaki site.

I will see you there... but I don not plan on following you into the anus;-)
