A good video indeed. Shows the importance of scouting for changes in the rivers: new strainers can appear after heavy rain etc. As they wrote:

"We had a little safety reminder on the Middle Fork Nooksack in Washington. Always bring a throwbag."

It's not nagging when we suggest all shoud learn to use and carry safety equipment. Others too are suggesting the same.
