Was at McCoy's last night. The idea was to surf Babyface, but also an excuse to thread the needle--quite easy right now. When you're there tomorrow, make sure to spend some time on Babyface, as it will not last very much longer. The wave was still fun, a bit hard to catch, still quite retentive but very bouncy. I even got air. So much that only my paddle blade was touching the foam pile while my boat was almost upside down. I wish it had been caught on video, so that I could figure out how to repeat the feat... The gauge level was just above zero yesterday and will likely drop slowly as time goes.
