Bastien, Bill should have a good nose for that kind of prediction, and last Thursday it was still 'wait and see'. Easern-ish NY State runs might open up first, like Great Chazy. Let's hope there is NO warming up til March, so that the snow does not melt before time!

My parents live about 2 hours from there, and they still have TONS of snow....calm down for a little while still lol

this week is going to be the end of winter youhou ;D so normaly on the highway 7 runs  ::)
 which creek is the first to be ready when the snow get off ?
