If you have a son or daughter with some beginner white water experience, the course starts tomorrow, but you can join in even if you miss the first lesson. Here is the message passed on to me today:
The Ottawa River Runners is running a Fall Kids and Youth Development Clinic, spanning a few weeks into October. This is being coached by Canada's Olympian James Cartwright. Clinic starts tomorrow (Sep 13th), although you might be able to participate even if you miss the 1st or 2nd sessions.
The clinic/sessions are intended for kids and youth who have had some basic kayaking instruction already such as with ORR's camps or other courses.
