I got christened at the Pump House today!

Trying to get that elusive fourth gate that John Hastings was coaching us to catch yesterday at the bottom of the course. I finally did get it, but on the ferry back to the squirrelly eddy on the left side of the river, which I got yesterday, I didn?t have enough angle and ended up in the eddy line. I really got to work on my braces? I flipped and rolled but ended up in the tunnel, past last chance eddy? In the tunnel, I paddle river (tunnel?) right and got in an eddy just behind the judges platform, (which should now be called last chance eddy?)  where I was able to get out of my boat and climb up and carry my boat negotiating  the rock ledge. Much fun, Wee! Let?s do it again?. John, my paddling partner went into the tunnel, thinking I would come out at the end of the tunnel and was surprised to see me come out. Good thing I rock climb, because that rock ledge is kind of narrow when you?re carrying a boat on your shoulder. Peter, who arrived 15 minutes later, missed the whole thing?
