Hey Cleo,

I am not too sure if the river is covered in ice yet.  I figure the only way to know for sure is either ask someone who knows or go look.

I do not think it has been cold enough for long enough, but I am from BC and do not know the freeze thaw cycles here.  Worse come to worse we could just playboat.

Hi
Ian sliding is a no go for me on Friday but I might be convinced to go boating Sunday the weather is supposed to be fairly warm... Is the Ottawa still doable at this time of year? Aren't the flats covered in ice?

I am always looking for people to paddle with.  I would like to head somewhere with bigger water.  I am not sure what that means at the moment.  Perhaps beachburg.

Are you willing to head out of town?

In the east end there is green's creek which is pretty big. Here's a google maps link that shows where it is.

I know it is not a real word, but I think you get my drift.

Does anybody know any big hills around here for tabogganing?  I want to try sledging in my kayak.

If anybody wants to come let me know!!
