Not sure about Monday as the family will all gather outside Valleyfield on Sunday.
So, looking forward for the Archigan and carpooling for tomorrow.

Hi Bill.

I am definitely in for the Monday paddle. Too bad I will be missing the Achigan, after hearing about it so much from Paul...

Hi folks,

After discussing with several people, we have come up with the following:

Friday: Rivere Achigan,  class 2 - 3+ river with some larger drops that can easily be carried around

This one is located in the Laurentians about 2.25 hours from Ottawa.

here's a Google Maps link to the meeting spot in New Glasgow Qc.

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=ottawa+on&daddr=County+Rd-17+to:45.833285,-73.874388&hl=en&geocode=%3BFfaBtwIduoiK-w%3B&mra=dme&mrcr=0&mrsp=2&sz=15&via=1&sll=45.83469,-73.884172&sspn=0.020691,0.036607&ie=UTF8&t=h&ll=45.546755,-74.671326&spn=1.329121,2.342834&z=9

Note: Autoroute 50 is open right to Grenville Qc so that you don't have to drive on Hwy 148 towards Lachute

Plan to meet in Hawkesbury at Tim Hortons at 9:30 AM

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saturday:  nothing planned so far, Jim Forbes and I are for open to suggestions

Beaver Creek, Meet at Kanata Park And Ride at 8:15 AM

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Monday:  Rivere Bonniebrooke, class 2 - 3+ river with some larger drops that can easily be carried around

This one is located in the Laurentians as well and is about 1.75 hours from Ottawa.

here's a Google Maps link to the meeting spot in St Canut Qc

Plan to meet in St Canut at 10:30 AM

Based a trip that Late Ray and some other folks were on today. the Bonniebroooke was very low today and will probably
be unrunnable by Monday. Please contact me Sunday evening for Monday's paddling destination.

Any questions or suggestions, call me at home after 7:00 Pm Thursday evening or e-mail me
