I just went and revisited the news item on our website and although one picture is there, the link to the PDF seemed broken, so I'll see if I can fix that and re-upload the PDF that provides more details. Anyway, it's just a proposal and we're not sure the NCC likes it yet. They have provided some mixed feedback. Doug has also proposed to them a more "buried" building under the lookout that might be similar to a (maintenance?) building that is over on the Museum of Civilization site.
Anyway, it's going to happen; just slow going with the NCC and City processes. Of course fund-raising is going to be a big challenge. This is going to be much lower budget and scale though than the big RCC club-house expansion that you might have seen if you've been over near Hogs Back.
