hi

Registation is between 10 am and noon at the Catwalk park.

Leaving Ottawa @ 10 am and the way you "phaff about" would be cutting it close since it takes about 2 hours fom Ottawa to the registration booth.

Hi Christian,

I propose we leave from your house at 10am. We don't stop and arrive in Pet at 11;30am.
Group picture at 12:45 at Train Yard and race starts at 1pm (the race never starts on time...) , so I get to sleep in!!!!

See you tomorrow,

Paul

It might be easier to ride there together and back Christian. Less logistic confusion if I have maximum passengers to start off with. I leave early tomorrow morning, 8 ish or ealier.

Paul, I will likely go up with Jacques, but I will need a ride back! Would you have room then?

Hi folks,

For those who may not already know, this the HOHW race/festival weekend on the Lower Petawawa River.

It's  a great chance to paddle, have fun and support an excellent cause: helping to stop a proposed dam for river.
Here is a link for more info: www.petawawa-river.blogspot.com

The river level are fairly low for this time of year, so if you haven't paddled it before, this is the time!

The actual downriver race starts at 1:00PM, registration is in the morning as are the raft team races

Check out the following links for details:
