Beautiful Day! Richard, Shawn, Adam and I went out on this beautiful day and got some video footage and pics! The wave was awesome and the air was warm! I can now spin from both sides, left or right and and come back in a front surf on both sides as well! Im this close to linking those spins into a 360! haha I was quite happy about that but I have some catching up to do to get to where Adams at!! haha!

Anyways, here are some pics!

Adam desperatly trying to pull me into the eddy! haha

All good Paul!! Hope you feel better soon! Adam, Richard and I will be there at around noon ish with a few cameras, trying to get some footage! if many of us show up, we thought about making a CDB winter video montage! it would be cool to get a few other paddlers! :)

Paul! Youre not 8 years old anymore!!! You should know that plates get hot when theyre heated!!!!

Hope your hands get better! Like you said, cold water helps! And the river is pretty cool as far as I know! hahahah

I will try and bugg the boss so I can get off at 11am Friday...at the worst she should let us go by noon! Ill have all my gear in the truck so Ill just head straight to Sewer when im done! Richard, my friend CJ and I are goign to head to Sewer wave on Boxing Day, the 26th, as well for the ones who cant make it this Friday!

Ill try and upload it to facebook but it will most likely take an hour or so! The files that come out of this GoPro camera are pretty big!

Great footage Jean Nicholas! Really gave me that thrill of my first surf and shortly thereafter of my first windowshade...LOL

I agree that it would be awesome to get a paddler's perspective of a really world class expert rodeo dude like Adam to show us the ropes of what it looks or feels like when he does those impossible moves!

I'm really hoping to join you guys Friday, BTW, but I may have to go earlier if I want to get that last minute stuff done..

Oh, I forgot, you should totally add that vid to facebook! It's actually that cool!

Cheers,

Paul

Yes I did! I can get some footage of you if you want!!? I want to start messing with editing videos and such! It would be sick on your helmet while youre doing an airscrew haha! Or even me in the eddy next to the wave filming towards you  ;D
