I'll be at Champlain between 16:00 and 16:30 tonight (Thursday 17th). But I won't wear green. --C.

I paddled with JN (actually not since he has a bum shoulder, but he was there with Bob and Richard). Then they stopped paddling. Sionce I still wanted to paddle I went to Champlain (not by myself, there was a duck there with a throw rope to watch over me) which was great!!! Going back Thursday. If you want to come post here and we'll arrange a time!

Heres how it is : Shitty..pun intended...

Lots of sewer water...
My gear smells..
Shallow...
No eddy untill 100 yards down at least cause of the sewer and shallowness..
Green Shoulder...
Flat wave because of the level...
If you blunt..watch your ends...
Flushy...when you spin or try to get back on top of the foam...

Champlain is actually as shallow but wider and stickier.. The walk back up is more pleasant...

I'll skip today. My sprained thumb won't fit in the neoprene gloves... Will likely get better later this week.

58.25

There are some waves there... just real shallow... It will most likely end up being Sewer Wave.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, yep, I'm in!

Meet at Champlain @ 4pm. If you come later and we're not there go to Sewer Wave to find us surfing there instead.

After my weekend on the Black..I realise that I need to spend time in the new superstar... Totally different boat...Ill be paddling pretty much everyday from 4-7 now... Instead of posting a new thread all the time ill post here. If someone wants to paddle.. just text me.. 819-210-2533.
