Just thought of something, anyone interested in running the section at the alonzo bridge after work next week. If there's no wave in the city that could be a good bet.

Ho man! Another week-end without paddling, I'm cracking up!!!!!! It's been a while, everytime I see my boat in the garage I go cou-cou!!!! Every week-end I always seem to have something up. Summer is way to short!!!!! You guys have a fantastic run down the rivers and please think of me when your surfing a nice wave. Anyone free for a day next week? any river is good with me.

Cheers

Richard

Hi Dani,

Join us on the Ottawa on Saturday. There will be plenty of folks around to paddle with and you don't have to fish if you
don't want to  ;). Both sections of the Rouge are fairly technical so you'll probably have more fun on the Ottawa.
Check out the fishing derby thread for more info: http://www.cdb-ottawa.com/simplemachinesforum/index.php?topic=4466.0

I'm all confused - so who is planning to go where? Will there be any carpooling for the Rouge? Is the Rouge something a non-professional paddler could do?

I have a final exam to watch at 1pm Friday... I will go up Friday after work or Saturday morning! Looking forward to the spin cycle in the washing machine... Ha! Well, there may even be enough water to sneak over the dryer instead.

In deed the Gatineau is at a nice level, we ran it last weekend. But this weekend is also Rouge Jamboree organised by the CCKEVM, we've been invited! Probably the best/safest time to run that river, with so many people on it... --C.
