Sorry its in french.. will try and find an english version....Basically.. they are saying that they are looking into damming the Gatineau and the Ottawa(again) and if I read correctly, the Kipawa area.. as they have the most potential according to their stupid study.

Seriously.. its 2011... when will they stop damming our rivers and selling energy to the states for dirt cheap?

Sorry if I sound angry... Someone mustve pissed in my cornflakes this morning...
