I did it with Jim last spring around 23 april (easter) and it was fun!

The link bellow stated that it was around 35 CMS and now its 18 and up!

I like to go on that one  Saturday and discuss with the friends at Whisper and I send a email to Jim

That might be interesting.

My friend really doesn't want to do blakeney, so this might be a good alternative.

I will scout it as well as blakeney on friday afternoon.

this is real close to my place as well.

Does anybody know what is happening to the Mississippi River at Lanark section, might make for a small decent trip on Sunday for those people (laid back & lazy like myself) who do not want to do Blakeney Rapids.

This section of the easy Class II and  a few easy III's, great for a season starter, if the water level is high enough.

Check out Playfairville, Ontario on google maps, which is the take-out, put-in is at Sheridan Rapids Road, where the bridge crosses the river.
