Meeting at the Owl put in makes more sense (drop boats and gear, then do shuttle, its not that long) 10 or 11am is the norm....any thoughts? We ususally use the "public ish" takeout, Farmer John I beleive its called

Ok,

Martin & I are going to do the Middle on Sunday, what time do people want to meet at the takeout  (also which takeout).

Somebody make a decision please.

So how about paddling the Petawawa Saturday and the middle Sunday then. I'm good with that, anyone else?

If the level stays in the same neighbourhood, I'm ALL OVER a Sunday Middle Mission.

Glad to hear you and Graham--despite the helmet ornaments--had a good time!

I'll be conducting scholarship interviews this weekend, no paddling for me unfortunately...

Its looking like I'll be around this weekend, so either or both should be good for me!

So Graham and I had a great time paddling this past weekend on the Rouge with you guys. So much so in fact that we would like to do it again on some different rivers. John and Bastien have both already expressed interest in running the Petawawa and the Ottawa next weekend. Of anyone else is interested please join us. The more the merrier.

The last time I spoke with someone about the Ottawa it was prime middle channel level but thay can change from day to day. Also the Petawawa is dropping but is still far from being rocky yet. Hope to see you guys out on the river.

P.s. Since some people have a hell of a drive an we're situated between te two rivers. Graham an I are welcome to the idea of having a few people crash at our place. We have a futon, couch, spare single bed, 2 single air matresses, and a queen size matress. Let us know! 8)
