Hey everyone we had a great day on the ottawa. 2 swimmers, Richard who did little trickle, he had a nice line but at the end he stopped paddling flipped over then swam. He was fine after.
Now this swim was the best I have ever seen, we are going down black velvet (the easy stuff at this level) Daniel (coolfarmer) goes into a small eddy river right, then he tries to get out of the small easy eddy and flips over and cant roll up and swims. He was using my paddle when he flipped ( carbon bent shaft paddle from mec) and says that "the paddle didnt work". He just didnt want to admit that he swam.
Overall we had a great day on the river!!!
