There are two options: Dessert Wave (a.k.a. Remic Wave), which really should be accessed from the same spot as Sewer Wave, and boofing practice at Quyon: with the rain, there may be enough water. But I think we should check out the wave in town, then go to Whispers!

Christian,
Could you bring the extra prizes at Whispers tomorrow?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi all

Planning to be in Ottawa this Thursday and hoping to meet up with some of the club to paddle Champlain. Still meeting at 6:00 pm?? I will have my own kayak with air bags, and my roll has greatly improved. Not perfect but much better.

Hope to see you on the water.

Allan C.       :)

Hi, if the weather permits, I'll swing by after work.
I could make it as early as 4:30
Is there anyone able to join me at that time?

Caroline :)

I agree with Daniel about JJ's. Thursday I'll be going to Champlain. Centre wave train is good practice to sharpen up your roll/bracing, and the training wave may still be surfable. I'll be there for about 5:30.

So - how'd the play at JJ go?  Looks a tad rocky/shallow downstream of the wave, non?  Any broken paddles?  Groovy helmet scratches?

not that bad but.... i think its more fun and safe at Champlain bridge

I fact I am going at Champlain right now :)
